Yes! Our leads are specifically for Scratch & Dent / New Overstock and not for used appliance buyers.

The only time refunds are available is if we sent you a wrong number or if we can not deliver your introduction within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds will not be given for cancelled or missed appointments.

Our network of appliance stores is built on honor and transparency. Follow-up calls/texts are frequent to make sure that we receive our commission, in addition to the use of a third party app. A signed service agreement is required for each customer after the first order is fulfilled. 

We schedule 1 (one) hour windows of time no less than twice weekly until your order is fulfilled. If, after 30 days, we are still not able to connect you with your prospective buyer, your money back is guaranteed. 

If your lead is already your customer but they asked us to find them better deals, you have some work to do on your prices!

We provide you with the phone number, name and relevant information so that you can call your prospect back right away. We monitor and record all initial introduction calls for quality assurance and proof of service but you are in control after that!
